Chem Fabrication, LLC is a Specialty Engineering, Manufacturing and Field Service Group that serves the Petrochemical, Refining, Power, Oil & Gas markets along the Texas Gulf Coast and abroad.

Our services include design, engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and repair of process equipment in our facility or on-site.

We manufacture or repair TEMA Heat Exchangers, ASME Code Pressure Vessels, B31.3 Piping, NBIC Boilers, and API Storage Tanks. We also provide various ancillary equipment components such as nozzles, dip tubes, spargers, plenums and specialty equipment internals.

Our specialty Field Services Group provides on-site fabrication, installation, commissioning and repair of piping and process equipment are available for planned outages or emergency work.

Our Bundle Extraction business provides on-site removal or re-installation of heat exchanger bundles for repair or replacement utilizing a specialty aerial bundle extractor.
